Big Goldi @ Lauderdale House

Booster Cushion Theatre has been a long time visitor to Lauderdale House so it was great to be back with Big Goldi and the Three Bears Plus...

It was a lovely day so we walked around the great gardens around Lauderdale House and looked at the great artists exhibition inside!

We did two shows in the morning rescuing animals, working as a team to chase away Goldilocks!

Our Big Book set up plus Lauderdale kids carpet!

We did two shows for years 3-6 and had a wonderful time with a very lively audience who really fit into the Red Riding Hood theme with their red uniforms!

We had a great time in the very well read and red Manor Junior and hope to come back again.

Hansel and Gretal @ Chelmsford Theatre

Hansel and Gretal recently wandered from the woods and into Chelmsford Theatre.

We had loads of fun learning about sports, working together, eating healthy and drawing witches and with the fully packed audience! We all watched as the witch does a high jump out the kitchen window.

We were performing in the Long Lounge at Karamel and had such a cosy time squishing everyone in! It was great seeing old and new faces as we were a part of Family Arts Festival this year.

Old McDonald @ Tiddlywinks Nursery

Booster Cushion Theatre was a recent visitor to Tiddlywinks Nursery in Redhill with Old McDonald! The team at Tiddlywinks were great and we loved how they'd converted their attic into a pretty treehouse and castle!

We were performing for the littlest of their groups and had a great time. Loads of eieio's and a lot of giggles for our very small pig, sheep and crop farmers!

The set of Old McDonald with added snake treehouse to the right!

Hopefully we'll be visiting again next Christmas!

Big Goldi @ Worksop

This December, Booster Cushion Theatre visited Sir Edmund Hillary in Worksop with Big Goldi.

We had a super seven bears scaring away Goldilocks and it was great seeing grandparents and parents who have seen Booster Cushion Theatre before and travelled further than we did that morning to see us!

Christmas Carol @ Brettenham Primary School

On Tuesday 10th December, Booster Cushion Theatre visited Brettenham Primary School with A Christmas Carol.

We had a great first show in the morning with Years 3 and 4, with 2 Cratchits, a lot of humbugs, and a very loud shout at the ghost of Christmas future!

Our second show was just as fun with Years 5 and 6. Fitting in with Year 6's curriculum we made sure to be as scary as possible!

"It's money that matters isn't it Teddy, money money money"

We hope to see Brettenham Primary again and the Year 6's found our children's theatre version of A Christmas Carol helpful!
